Este bine cunoscut faptul că fibrele sunt o parte importantă a unei diete sănătoase, însă mai puţin de 10% din populaţie consumă cantitatea minimă recomandată. Un studiu de la Stanford Medicine ne-ar putea convinge în sfârşit să ne umplem farfuriile cu fasole, nuci, avocado, legume şi alte alimente bogate în fibre.
